When I started at BVT it was in the Parts role for the Red Deer shop, and I didn’t have any heavy-duty experience. Over time, I took on additional duties as a Service Writer, and eventually started handling much of the day-to-day scheduling in the Red Deer shop. Now, not quite 4 years since I started with the company, I lead the Parts and Warranty departments for all 3 locations. I’ve encountered many challenges along the way, but I’ve proven myself and the company leadership has recognized my efforts. It’s never dull in the shops, and it’s always busy, but the work is consistent and rewarding.
